Hello, my name is Tasha and I teach a “not-so-ordinary” style of Vinyasa Yoga. My yoga journey began nearly 30 years ago. During Covid, I finally decided to get my certification to teach yoga to others. Yoga is my passion, and it is what I consider self-care.
I love sharing my practice with others. My goal is to bring an exceptional yoga experience to each client, providing a unique and fun flow style to everyone. I’m known to offer variety while customizing the practice to fit the clients’ needs. Yoga practice should be interesting and fun. You can expect to experience a variety of music, poses, breathing exercises, affirmations, balance poses, feelings of contentment, joy, peace, and ultimate self-care. The yoga possibilities are endless.

I also work in education as a School Psychologist, often incorporating yoga practices into my day-to-day interactions with kids. In my spare time, I like to travel, garden, cook, eat, spend time with my family, and of course, consistently enhance my yoga practice and develop new yoga routines to share.
