High Fitness
High fitness took old school aerobics and transformed it into a modern, heart pounding, fun, and effective workout. Cardio and toning meet leg warmers with a side of air guitar.
Classes are fun, easy to follow, and choreographed to set you up for success. The combination of aerobic and anaerobic training, complemented by active recovery tracks. High Fitness is a zero equipment, full body workout that has been shown to improve overall endurance, stamina, strength, and cardiovascular health.
This class gives a new spin on old-school aerobics HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.
This class is great for all ages, levels of fitness and offers many choices of options.
Barre
Barre is a low impact ballet inspired workout. You will start in the middle of the floor doing a series of ballet movements with isometric contractions strengthening and lengthening the muscles. You'll also do a series of arm exercises with lighter dumbbells, balls, bands, and even yoga blocks to help sculpt those shoulders, back, and arms.
You'll continue your workout at the barre with a lower-body section to work your thighs and glutes, really feeling the burn! Finally, you’ll finish with a series of core-focused moves on the mat. The dancer in you will walk out feeling taller and more graceful. This format is designed barefoot.

Bootcamp
Bootcamp is high intensity circuit style training! Each workout is a unique set of circuits, but you can expect a combination of weighted exercises as well as high intensity cardio!
Bootcamp classes are suited for any fitness level, it can be modified from high intensity exercises to a low impact version! I love to play fun music and we all have a great time!
Pound
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.
Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
The workout is easily modifiable for women of all ages and abilities.
Yoga
Yoga It is a free-flowing class and has a dynamic mix of postures from various yoga traditions. It is a great way to build muscular, cardiovascular, and mental endurance while sweating up a storm. A typical class moves from one vinyasa (pose) to the next at a moderate pace, challenging muscles you probably didn’t even know you had.
Yoga will not go so deep into the spiritual and meditative side of most yoga. It is considered a less strict and more playful yoga class. Yoga incorporates the use of props to help you feel successful in each pose. Every level is welcome.
Be ready to sculpt the entire body, with emphasis on the bootie, and burn calories in a non-cardio format. In Yoga you will flow through basic yoga poses, acknowledging your own body's alignment, strength, and flexibility. With each movement, you'll enhance your mood especially as you deeply stretch the hips and spine, while simultaneously creating a stronger and tighter bootie.

Cardio Dance
Cardio dance class is for everyone, regardless of your previous dance experience. We’ll shake, shimmy, and swear to the hottest pop and Latin songs. We’ll be on our feet the whole time, so no props are required.

Balance & Build
Balance and build is a group fitness weightlifting class for all fitness and ability levels. Participants will use light to medium weight and perform high repetition to help define your muscles.
You, the participant, will choose the amount of weight for each work out. Strength/ comfort level, gradually increasing weight over time if and when you are ready. We will work on improving balance and muscle control.
Each class is different and targets different muscle groups.

​High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT is a type of interval training exercise that incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high-intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate, followed by short periods of lower-intensity movements.

Upbeat Barre combines strength training, pilates, cardio and yoga into a high energy fusion of fun.
